Description Ford Ford Shoebox chopped coupe 1950
This Ford Shoebox is seriously chopped with 5” and painted Hot Rod flat black with Pinstripe flames in red and high gloss black, no stickers! The doors and tailgate have been shaved and now open electrically with a remote.
The Shoebox has a newly built Chevy 350 V8 with Edelbrock 600 carburetor from an 82 Corvette and a revised TH400R4 automatic transmission with Lokar shifter. Polished intake, water pump, chain cover, all pulleys and also the air filter.
The coupe is fitted with a complete Buick Grant National front clip with independent suspension, disc brakes and power steering. A Ford Explorer 8.8 axle with discs and claws is mounted at the rear. The entire suspension has been fitted with new rubbers and springs. The beautiful brand new Coker whitewall tires match the car perfectly.
You can't imagine whether it has been renewed on this car. This includes, for example, the glass around the headlights and taillights, all switches and the steering column.
The interior is completely new with black carpet. The chairs and sofa are upholstered with black and red artificial leather in a metallic finish. The Red Dakota Digital dashboard is beautiful and fits perfectly in the original housing, including a completely new wiring harness. Of course everything works optimally. The whole underside is super neat and the new dual exhaust with Flowmasters guarantees a great sound. With the ice-cold air conditioning, you can also drive the coolest ride on the hottest days in summer!
